About Us
Who We Are
L.O.V.E. Alliance is a youth volleyball development nonprofit committed to creating life opportunities through the game — for every young person, regardless of background or resources.
How It Started
L.O.V.E. Alliance was born from a firsthand understanding of what it means to love a sport and not have access to it. Our founders saw talented, motivated young people in their communities who lacked the structured programs, coaching, and support systems that more resourced youth take for granted.
We started small — one program, one gym, one community. The goal was simple: show up consistently, coach with intention, and make sure every athlete who walked through the door felt like they belonged. That commitment hasn't changed. What's grown is our reach, our partnerships, and our belief that volleyball can be a genuine vehicle for youth development.
Today, L.O.V.E. Alliance operates community-based programs in partnership with local organizations, bringing structured volleyball training and mentorship to youth who need it most. We're just getting started.
What Drives Us
Access for All
No young person should be turned away because of cost. We work to keep programs affordable and offer scholarships when needed.
Whole-Person Coaching
We coach athletes, not just players. Every session is an opportunity to build character, confidence, and community.
Community Roots
We are embedded in the communities we serve. Our partnerships are built on trust, not transactions.
